Truvi Beauty products are available to be shipped to all Provinces of Canada and United States of America. International shipping is also available.

  • Standard Shipping with Canada Post please allow for 3 -10 business days
  • Standard Shipping to USA: Please allow 5-14 business days, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska add 5 extra days for delays.

* Canada Customs have the Right to hold your order for up to 30 days.

International Shipping fees to be determined pending on location.

PS: Standard shipping is free when you spend $175 or more.

Please allow 24hrs for processing your order. All orders are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD)

Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be processed within 7 days of receiving the order.

Please send email to hellotruvibeauty@gmail.com for obtain your return code. All returns will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
